Lawrence Peterson Momentum partnership

Somebody's expecting you.

The programme already told you what to do. This is about the Tuesday you don't want to do it — when nobody's counting, nobody's filming, and it would cost you nothing to skip.

Five days kept. Your coach marks the sixth on Sunday, and it only counts if it's true.

Your first month is refundable in full. No contract, cancel whenever.

Why Lawrence put his name on this

A programme ends. The habit has to keep going.

Four programmes sit behind this page. People buy one, run hard for three weeks, and then a shift changes or a knee complains or a week goes sideways — and the plan is still on the phone, untouched, six months later. That isn't a discipline problem. It's what happens when the only thing holding you to it is you.

In the park it never works that way. You show up because people notice when you don't. Momentum is that, for the six days a week you're not standing on the mats with everybody else.

What you're actually buying

A person, not an app.

A real coach reads what you wrote about your life, writes the handful of things you do every day, and watches the week. When you miss the same thing three days running, they message you — the same day, not next month.

Few enough to be real

Three to five daily things, written for the life you actually have. Not fourteen. If it doesn't survive a bad week, it gets rewritten.

Marked the same day

Done, part, or missed. Takes about ten seconds. Part counts — the point is the truth, not a clean row.

A human reads it

Your coach carries a maximum of twenty people. They know your name, your reasons, and what last week looked like.

The plan moves when you do

New job, new baby, injury, night shifts. The plan gets rewritten around it rather than abandoned.

The part that makes it work

Two streaks. Only one of them can be faked.

Every tracker you've used punishes you for telling the truth. Miss a day, lose the streak, delete the app. So people lie to a phone, which is a strange thing to do, and then they quit.

Your habit streak

Days you did the thing. It breaks when you miss, the way you'd expect. Useful, but it only ever measured one thing.

Your integrity streak

Days you told the truth about it. Marking a miss honestly keeps this one alive. It's the number your coach actually watches, and the one that predicts whether you're still here in six months.

A week, start to finish

What it looks like once you're in.

Before you start

Ten minutes writing down what your week actually looks like. A real person reads it — not a form that spits out a template.

Monday

Your coach sends the week on WhatsApp. Three to five things, and the reason each one is there.

Every day

You mark each one done, part, or missed. Ten seconds. Then you seal the day and it's closed.

On the third miss

If the same thing goes three scheduled days running, your coach is told that day and messages you. Missing something three times is information, not a failing.

Sunday

A short read on the week from your coach, and next week's list — adjusted for what actually happened, not what was supposed to.

Lawrence's programmes

This doesn't replace the training. It holds it together.

Keep whichever programme you're running. Momentum sits underneath all of them — it's the part that gets you to Wednesday's session when the weather's bad and the group chat's quiet.

Bought through Lawrence's own store, exactly as they are now. Nothing about them changes.

What it costs

One price. A person on the other end of it.

$95a month

Founding rate, held for as long as you stay.

  • A coach who carries a maximum of twenty people, so they know your name and your reasons
  • Your daily list, rewritten every week around what actually happened

  • Your dashboard, with both streaks — the one you did and the one you told the truth about

You'll go straight to Stripe. Your intake form comes after payment.

Your first month is refundable in full, no questions and no exit interview. If it isn't for you, say so and we'll send it back. No contract, cancel whenever.

Before you decide

The questions people actually ask.

Is this a training programme?
No. Momentum doesn't write your workouts — Lawrence's programmes do that, and so does whatever else you're already running. Momentum is the accountability underneath it: someone watching whether the things you said you'd do are getting done, and rewriting the list when your life moves.
Is it really a person, or an AI pretending?
A person. They read your intake, write your list, and message you themselves. Each coach carries a maximum of twenty people, which is the whole reason the price is what it is.
What happens when I miss?
You mark it missed and your integrity streak stays alive. That's the design. If the same thing goes three scheduled days running, your coach hears about it that day and gets in touch — not to tell you off, but because three misses usually means the plan is wrong rather than you are.
Do you work outside the US?
Yes. Coaching runs on WhatsApp and the dashboard, and your coach works to your timezone.
Is this therapy?
No. Momentum is coaching, not medical or mental-health treatment, and we'd rather say that plainly than blur the line. If what you're carrying needs more than a coach, we'll tell you and point you somewhere better, and it won't cost you anything.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel whenever, from your dashboard or by telling your coach. Your first month comes back in full if you ask. Nobody will try to talk you out of it.

The work was never the hard part.

You know how to train. What you haven't had is somebody who notices on the day you don't.

$95 a month at the founding rate. First month refundable in full.
